past 2 days i’ve got my period and managed to binge my way through an entire pack of rice cakes :| 300 calories over 2 days isn’t too bad, since i’ve been eating lowcal meals and everything but i still feel like i need to punish myself, you know? so i’m only eating one low calorie meal today and nothing else, i just don’t know what i could eat. maybe just a bowl of brocolli? idk. :’) wish me luck!

i’m pmsing. my brain wants to much food when my stomach doesn’t. eurghhhh :( just want to eat everything. and drink my body weight in tea.
